Frequently Asked Questions
CORA 925 FAQs
What does 925 GSM mean?
925 GSM means the towel has a thick, high-density microfiber structure. It gives CORA 925 strong water absorption, a soft feel and better drying performance than thinner general-purpose towels.
Is CORA 925 better than AQUAGRIP 1600?
They serve slightly different jobs. AQUAGRIP 1600 is the ultra-plush, maximum-absorbency option, while CORA 925 is lighter, more controlled and easier to handle for regular drying and touch-ups. For a full premium setup, use AQUAGRIP 1600 for the main drying pass and CORA 925 for final water pick-up.
Can I dry a whole car with one CORA 925?
For smaller or lightly wet vehicles, one CORA 925 may be enough. For larger vehicles, black paint or a more refined finish, using a second towel for final touch-ups is recommended.
Can I use CORA 925 with a drying aid?
Yes. CORA 925 can be used with compatible drying aids, quick detail sprays or ceramic toppers. A light mist can add lubrication and help the towel glide more smoothly across the paint.
Why is CORA 925 pushing water around instead of absorbing?
The towel may already be saturated, or the fibres may be clogged with detergent residue, fabric softener, wax or drying aid build-up. Wash it properly, avoid fabric softener and switch to a dry towel when needed.
